What makes a sausage gourmet?
At San Luis Sausage, we think it’s all about the ingredients! Of course you can use inexpensive meats and lots of spices to mask the taste, but that means you are counting on customers who want something cheap, but not necessarily good. That’s not the way we make our sausage. We start with good quality whole cuts of meat, and then mix in diced or chopped vegetables and spices we mix in house.
And we’ve been doing it that way since 1991! Our customers find us, taste our products, and stay for life!
