Because all our products are preservative free, we freeze them for maximum freshness less than an hour after being made. We keep them frozen in vacuum packs and ship them in Styrofoam containers with ice packs. Shipping is always second day or overnight. When you place an order, it will be shipped on the first available Tuesday. You will be notified of the expected arrival date, and you should plan to put the sausage in either the refrigerator or freezer that same day.
